If the Origin or OriginPro Evaluation is installed on your computer, you can convert that Evaluation to a Product (requires serial number) as follows:

1. Log into the computer with a log in account with administrator permissions.
2. Close the Evaluation if it is open.
3. If you are using Windows 7, XP, and Vista,
   • Click the Windows Start button and select Programs | OriginLab | Origin(Pro) V# | Origin(Pro) V# Add or Remove Files. This starts the InstallShield wizard.
   If you are using Windows 8,
   • Press the Windows key on your keyboard.
   • Right-click in a blank area of the desktop.
   • Click the All Apps button at the bottom right corner of the desktop.
   • Select Origin(Pro) V# Add or Remove Files that displays on the desktop. This starts the InstallShield wizard.
4. Select the Modify radio button and click Next.
5. Select Install Product (requires serial number).
6. Enter your serial number and complete the Modify process, clicking Finish when done.
