Summary:

Commands for simultaneous or sequential multiple dataset fitting. Parameters are copied to a worksheet for comparison or plotting.

Description:

REQUIREMENTS
Origin 7.0 SR4 or higher.

INSTALLATION
Run MultiFit.opk by double-clicking on the file name or dragging it to Origin's program window. Setup opens the MultiFit project which has curve fitting instructions and examples.

CHANGES

  • Added an example that uses constraints. (3/26/2006)
  • (1) An extraneous graph window is no longer created the first time mfseq is used on a worksheet. (2) Minimum requirement was raised to 7.0 SR4 because of a compiler error reported in 7.0 SR2. (5/10/2006)
  • Sequential fitting with mfseq now works for datasets of different sizes. (3/10/2007)

Excellent, saved me so much time and effort. Particularly like that it puts all parameters of all fits in a data sheet. Thank you very much!

Is there any way to put constraints on parameters when using this package? Thanks.

Could you provide a procedure for using this module? There is not information on how to perform the multifit.

Approx. 40 datasets is the most that NLSF can fit simultaneously. There is no limit to the number that can be fit sequentially. Don't know what a MacroFile is but I suppose I can provide an example.

very promising but no example MacroFile for applying. it's limited to 40 wks-col, how about 200 data sets?
