Summary:

Extract data from a graph using the data markers

Description:

Use this function to extract data from the plotted dataset(s) between data markers. The data are extracted to worksheets named extracted1, extracted2 and so on..., in columns with the same column name as the original data.

- If the graph holds one dataset, it is extracted between the data markers.
- If the graph holds several datasets from the same worksheet, the data are extracted to the same worksheet.
- If the graph holds several datasets from several worksheets, the data from the same worksheets are grouped together into the extracted worksheets. Extracting datasets with differents X-axis is supported (different sampling frequency, gaps).
- Worksheets must have a single X-column.

New in v1.1: Extracting from data without worksheet (e.g. imported into a graph) is supported.

Installation Instruction:
Drag and drop the opk file into Origin.

A handier version of this tool is available within the EMGToolbar.

The button is not available (grey) when graphs or worksheets are selected. Could be a valuable tool if it would work. cpeterbengtson@uni-hd.de
